In April 3 2006, Boomerang Latin America was relaunched as a general children's network, becoming a version of Cartoon Network's sister network in India, POGO, featuring live-action programming, recent cartoons, movies, and retaining its classic cartoons in late night.Programming is "color-coded" as it follows:
- Mini TV (preschool programming): yellow
- Live-Action / Animation: pink
- Movies: blue
- Classic Boomerang: green
