Humor (humour in Commonwealth English) is a form of entertainment and a form of human communication, intended to make people laugh and feel happy. The origins of the word "humor" lie in the humoral medicine of the ancient Greeks, which stated that a mix of fluids, or humors, controlled human health and emotion.

There are many types of humor. Regular humor, as can be read in this website [1], niche humor as in the satire website The Onion, or off-the-wall humor as in Harper Valley which is Canadian Politics Humor.
