Effat College (in Arabic كلية عفت) was founded in 1999 in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia , for Female students.Effat College is named after Her Royal Highness Queen Effat wife of King Faisal. Effat College offers the following majors:

- Information Systems
- Educational Psychology
- English Language and Translation
- Early Childhood Education
- Business Administration
- Architecture
- Electrical and Computer Engineering
Partnerships
The Electrical and Computer Engineering program was developed through a partnership with Duke University and the Pratt School of Engineering in Durham, North Carolina, that began in Fall of 2004, funded by grants from Effat College as well as the U.S. State Department. The college has also formed partnerships with Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (2005; connected to the Business Administration program) and LaSalle College in Montreal (2005; for development of a fashion design academy). It also has ties to Mount Holyoke College, a leading all-women's college in the United States.
