Pharmakonisi, or Farmakonisi (Gr. Φαρμακονήσι), is a small Greek island of the Dodecanese prefecture. North lies the island of Agathonissi, west lie the islands of Lipsi and Patmos, south lies the island of Kalymnos and Pserimos.Pharmakonisi's flora is specifically rich and it's 15 square miles.
