Funny pictures
Funny pictures are photographs or drawings/cartoons that are intentionally or unintentionally humorous.
While funny photos have been around since the invention of the camera, cartoons are a more recent phenomenon.
Punch was the primary venue for cartoons in the 19th century and in the 20th century The New Yorker became the American de facto.
The late end of the 20th century saw a mass increase in satirical pictures, images & animations satirical pictures, images & animations with the development of photoshop. Used by many modern day artist this new phenomenum has engulfed the internet
