Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks (also known simply as Islands) is a casual dining restaurant chain founded in Southern California and specializing in gourmet hamburgers and specialty drinks, with a tropical theme.
It was founded in 1982 by entrepreneur Tony DeGrazier in West Los Angeles and currently has more than 50 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii.
The restaurants are decorated in a tropical style reminiscent of the Hawaiian Islands.
New locations are set to open up in Boulder, Colorado this autumn.
