Royal Standard of Nepal

The king of Nepal is known as the Raja; his Queen is known as the Rani.

The following is a list of Nepal's modern Rajas:

Rana Bahadur Shah (1777–1799)

Until 2006, Nepal used agnatic primogeniture; however, the interim government passed a bill in July 2006 which changed the order of succession to equal primogeniture.^[1] ^[2]
