Quality TeleVision
Quality TeleVision (QTV) is a television network of GMA Network, Inc. The network was formed after GMA Network, Inc. and ZOE Broadcasting Network entered to an agreement for leasing the entire airtime block of ZOE-TV's flagship station DZOE-TV 11.
QTV airs a lineup geared mostly towards women and women’s concerns (similar to the USA's Lifetime).

Origins
ZOE Broadcasting Network
The network was formed when the frequency rights of Channel 11 in Manila was given to a joint venture of the influential religious groups El Shaddai headed by Bro. Mike Velarde and Jesus Is Lord Movement headed by Bro. Eddie Villanueva in mid 1990s.
Citynet Television
GMA Network decided to expand its business into UHF programming. Citynet Television 27 was launched in 1995. Poised to compete with ABS-CBN's Studio 23, the new station also catered American TV series. In 1999, Star TV group signed an agreement with Citynet for the entire TV airtime block and Channel [V] Philippines is launched. Loss of airtime revenues forced GMA to shutdown Citynet 27 in February 2001.
Blocktime agreement
In the first quarter of 2005, Citynet and ZOE-TV entered to an agreement for Citynet leasing the entire TV airtime block of the its flagship station, DZOE-TV 11, in exchange of an upgrading the facilities of ZOE and a ZOE-TV program on GMA Network every Monday midnight after its Sunday primetime TV block.
The QTV station in Metro Manila uses the 120kw transmitter tower site located at Tandang Sora, Quezon City, the same transmitter tower used by GMA-7.

QTV produces programs that is targeted for families all over the Philippines. Its shows also focuses on Filipino women all over the country. Most of its programs are produced by GMA Network.The following is the current primetime line-up of its flagship station.

Competition
The station is poised to compete with ABS-CBN's Studio 23. At its first month, Qtv Channel 11 became the third highest rating television station in Mega Manila beating ABC-5. However since the station started airing its shows, ABS-CBN Subsidiary SkyCable Gold and Silver failed to provide QTV a channel designation into its lineup. A Skycable subscriber receive a distored TV signal when changing the TV channel to QTV.
