Roberta Close
Roberta Close (stage name for Roberta Gambine Moreira) was born on 7 December 1964 in Rio de Janeiro. She is probably Brazil's most famous transexual woman: her name is almost synonymous with sex change.
Legal Status as a Woman
In March 4, 2005, after a long judicial battle, Roberta Close acquired legal status as a female in Brazil.[1]
