Wave Hill (Australia)

Kalkaringi, formerly Wave Hill^[1], in the Northern Territories of Australia, was the site of the 1966 Wave Hill Walkoff where the Gurindji indigenous workers, lead by Vincent Lingiari, staged a walk off in protest against oppressive labour practices.
